MosquePay started with a simple conviction: the administrative weight of running a mosque, from donation records and Zakat to member lists, rotas, announcements, and follow-ups, should not fall on a handful of exhausted volunteers juggling spreadsheets.
Mosque treasurers reconciling three spreadsheets at midnight. Welcome teams losing newcomers between Jumu'ahs. Zakat and appeal funds blurring together, and donations left untracked because the paperwork was scattered. Mosques were running on goodwill and copy-paste.
We believed mosques and Islamic centres deserved software designed around how they actually work: Jumu'ah and daily prayers, Zakat, Sadaqah and Lillah, Ramadan and Eid, welfare confidentiality, and volunteers who change every year. Not a generic CRM with the labels swapped.

What we believe

Mosques handle money and sensitive welfare information as an amanah. We build with role-based access, audit trails, and strong data protection in mind from day one.
Giving should be simple for the giver and accountable for the mosque. Zakat, Sadaqah, and (for UK mosques) Gift Aid shouldn't require a specialist to manage correctly.
